The Gownboy Association will be holding a Drinks Party at which spouses and partners are welcome at Old Charterhouse, Charterhouse Square, EC1M on Thursday 13th October in the Great Chamber starting at 7.30pm. The price for a finger buffet with wine will be £25 each for members and their guests with a concessionary rate of £15 for members only aged 23 and under.
Mark Blatchly, the Housemaster, has agreed to attend and will be bringing with him the Head of House. Mark steps down as Housemaster at the end of CQ 2012 and will be succeeded by Andrew Reston who is also hoping to come.

It is planned to hold the Annual General Meeting of the Gownboy Association at 7.15pm just before the Drinks Party gets underway.
The agenda for the AGM, Chairman's Report and the Fund's Accounts, will be sent out nearer the time.
Your Committee decided not to hold an Annual Dinner this year in view of the number of events being organised by the School to celebrate its 400th anniversary. This event hopefully will introduce Old Charterhouse to a number of members and the different format may appeal to others.
